SecurePath Premium

SecurePath Premium is SIRA's subscription tier for Dubai's regulated cargo fleets, AED 290 per licence per year with SIM and data, minimum 25 licences.

SecurePath Premium is the higher of the two subscription tiers on SecurePath, Dubai’s SIRA-operated tracking platform. SIRA publishes the pricing itself: AED 290 per licence per year inclusive of SIM and data, with a minimum of 25 licences (AED 7,250), plus a device approval certificate at AED 120 (sira.gov.ae SecurePath page, checked August 2026).

Who needs Premium rather than Basic?

Permit consultancies describe the split as: Basic for rent-a-car fleets, where the subscription is needed for registration and Mulkiya renewal, and Premium for goods and cargo operations, hazardous materials and high-value transport (vendor-reported; SIRA’s own page lists the eligible categories and prices but does not label which tier each category takes). SIRA’s published scope spans 18 vehicle and cargo categories, including cash-in-transit, chemical materials, hazardous cargo and environmental waste.

The commercial arithmetic matters for small fleets: the 25-licence minimum means a 10-truck operation still pays for 25, so the effective per-truck cost is higher than the headline AED 290 until the fleet grows into the minimum. The device itself must also carry TDRA type approval before it can be sold in the UAE at all. For how SecurePath compares with Abu Dhabi’s regime, see SecurePath vs Asateel.

Fleetric is not a SecurePath provider; it reads the tracking feed a fleet already runs and computes profit per truck on top.
